Find out about Havening (sometimes referred to as ADT) – an amazing new therapy.

Come and find out about Havening (sometimes referred to as ADT – Amygdala Depotentiation Therapy). This is the neuro-science based therapy which was developed by the Ruden brothers after researching into why tapping works. Experience a led group session of ‘Self Havening’ and give yourself the opportunity to let go of things that are holding you back. If you are unable to attend the workshop then come and find Julia in the main building and have a chat to learn more about ADT..

Isle of Wight Colour Walk
